Shipping & Delivery Info

1290sqm.com ships worldwide. We are based in Istanbul, Turkey, so depending on how far you are from there is how long it takes to ship. We try to get orders out the same day as we receive them from Monday to Friday, so if you order before 15:00 CET, it usually goes out that day. Orders received on Weekends go out on Monday. We ship with Yurtiçi Kargo in Turkey. To North America we use our UPS Express / FedEx account. To countries in the E.U. we use UPS Express shipping Europe. Countries outside the E.U. we use standard UPS delivery.

Very Important for NON-EU Countries!!! You are not charged VAT (Value-Added-Tax) or BTW (what we call it in The Netherlands) import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

Now to some of the legal stuff:

1. Insofar as the goods are in stock and available, the seller shall dispatch these within 1-3 work days. Delivery is performed through the dispatch of the purchased item to the address provided by the customer. Partial deliveries are permitted, where reasonable for the customer.
2. In the event of a delivery delay, the seller shall notify the customer immediately upon becoming aware of the delay.
3. If the seller should be delayed in delivering, all liability for damages is restricted to foreseeable damage, should this arise through slight negligence. Further claims to damages shall only exist if the delay should arise on grounds of gross negligence or wilfull misconduct.
4. The method of dispatch, the carrier and dispatch route shall be at the seller's discretion unless otherwise expressly instructed by the customer.
5. The seller reserves the right to only sell usual household quantities to consumers.
6. Customers irrevocably acknowledge and accept that 1290SQM is not responsible for any shipping costs or additional charges (duty-custom taxes, or any other tax requested while shipping process) that may arise during the delivery process under any circumstances. Once the goods are handed over to the courier or shipping company designated by 1290SQM, all liability and responsibility for the delivery process are transferred to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, tracking the shipment and directly contacting the courier through the communication channels provided by 1290SQM.
