Based on the 1st Type Denim Jacket, the 506XX WWII model.
Details such as the number of buttons, pocket shape, rivet placement, and stitch-ing colors follow the original while incorporating subtle updates.
The fabric is a 13.5 oz unsanforized denim analyzed from an original WWII model. Yarns were recreated by unraveling vintage denim, then spinning weak‒strong twisted nep yarns with cotton leaf flecks. The irregular yarn texture reproduces natural machine-generated slubs through cotton blending and machine settings.
Original tack buttons.
Finished with a wash that recreates the look of a mint-condition, one-wash garment.
Because unsanforized denim is used, dimensional variations may occur.
Original tack buttons are made of iron and may darken or rust with age.
