Based on a vintage boa blouson.

The collar shape has been redesigned to be slightly smaller than the original. With the addition of a chin tab, the collar can also be worn standing up. The shoulder line has been adjusted with more slope to lower the sleeve cap, creating a natural shoulder silhouette. The chest pocket has been positioned lower than on the original design.

Shell Fabric

The warp uses strongly twisted long-staple slub cotton. The weft uses shrink-resistant wool—intentionally chosen to endure heavy processing and washing while minimizing pilling. The fabric is a high-density plain-woven cotton/wool weather cloth.

Collar Fabric

Shearling (sheepskin) boa.

Lining

The body lining is a sliver-knit boa made of a blend of baby alpaca and merino wool. The wool is treated with shrink-resistant processing to prevent felting, helping the texture remain beautiful over time.
The sleeve lining is quilted with padding, using a silk-nylon washer taffeta.

Asahi zipper.

The garment is finished to replicate a perfectly balanced, “good-condition” vintage aging effect.
