The patched textiles using the remnants of BORO produced during the production process of our signature line, BORO jackets.
The Japanese traditional stitching, Sashiko is applied onto the textiles by those people who were affected by Japan Great East Earthquake happened in 2011.
This jacket not only respects the environment by up-cycling the BORO remnants, but also supports the producers to be financially independent and re-create their motivation for living.

Products that use BORO are made with one-of-a-kind kofu (Japanese vintage fabric). There will be some products that are already in the state of having degraded over time or, in order to retain its texture, the damaged parts are purposely left as is.
